Hi Fran,
I'm one of the 100 subs that is lurking at the list ;>)
The initial reason for my signing on was to find info or attitudes concerning
insulin resistance and lactose intolerance, yet I have found that celiacs are
the order of the day!
Rick Mendosa's source site recommended the cel-diab list as a forum for many
concerns, including the aforementioned.
As since I have seen little in regard to my concerns discussed, I have kept to
the lo-carb group.
