I've really had a hard time coming up with snacks that I can leave at school
-- possibly for several months -- for my daughter to eat when treating a low
. . . Before celiac, we just kept small juice boxes and small packages of
peanut butter crackers or cheese 'n' crackers . . . Full of preservatives, I
know -- but they included the right amount of carbs plus protein that we need
for her to treat a low without having to chase highs from overfeeding the
low. Now I'm stumped for snack ideas that at gluten free, store well, and
have 15-20 grams of carbs plus protein . . . Any bright ideas out there?????

TIA

Lyndy
