Jaon asked what sort of exercise I do; I do water aerobics which is
wonderful for anyone who also suffers discomfort from arthritis. I do 5
hours of outdoor water aerobics in the summer and 3 hours of water
aerobics indoors in the cool climate. I have followed this regime for
about 6-8 years and find it enjoyable too. Unfortunately, I'm a rare type
1 diabetic who is also overweight and with all my exercise, I still don't
lose. I am convinced it is not total calories in, calories out reasoning,
as I have trouble regulating my thyroid also.
Addtionally I use a stationary bike, rebounding mini-trampoline and
on rare occassion an ab-flexor. This equipment is not used regularly,
though...probably should use it more! When not consciously exercising, I
tend to be stationary...like working at a computer!
