Hi Fran and all,

I have not yet been diagnosed with Celiac sprue but I am waiting for an
appointment with a G.I. doc. As far as the lactose intolerance, it has been
four years since I've had problems, and I do include milk products as part of
my high protein diet. When I did have problems, years ago, four or five
caplets of Dairy Ease (OTC) would somewhat help. Thankfully, l.i. is no
longer a problem!

It is very possible that I am celiac. I was Diagnosed with NIDDM last year in
March, and found to be hypothyroidic. in December. With these two, it's
possible that celiac sprue could follow.

Lana
