There is a great conference  in Denver August 8, BarbaraDavis Diabetes cEnter.
A researcher is doing a session on CD-Diabetes.  I am going.  If you are
interested let me know and I will send you the stuff I get there.
     My son has CD-Diabetes and whole family has CD.  It takes time to get
variety and be creative with the diet.  Join support group for CD you will get
