Hi.  Can anyone recommend a yogurt that is gluten free and not to high in
carbs?

I also see an ice cream in the supermarket that I would like to find out
about.  Healthy Choice.  They have a no sugar added ice cream.  I don't know
if it is gluten free.  Has anyone looked into this already?
