hi all,

i have contacted a few companies over the past couple of weeks for gluten
free lists and recieved a couple of them via email, so i'm sending them
across for your info. there is one from masterfoods and one from lee kum kee
(for all the asian food lovers). i also contacted nestle 1800025361,heinz
1800-037-058,kraft (no??) & campbells on 1800-066-033-066, who have
reasonably large lists which they can post to you. the campbell company does
a couple of frozen dinners (some, not all (!)of the lean cuisine range)which
are on the list as well. this info is for people of the list living in
australia, but i would presume that all these companies would supply lists
for other countries as well.

cadbury's also has a gf list which you can download from their website
http://www.cadbury.com.au/.
