Hello-
    My name is Dianne from Mn.  My four yr. old son Mitchell may have celiac
, so until we know for sure, he is on a gf diet.

    The Dr. is questioning another disease called *eosinophil
gastroenteritis* also.  We should know by July.

    My son is pretty good on the diet as far as compliance goes but I need
all the recipes and help I can get.

    If there are other parents from Mn.  please let me know.  Or a support
group.

    His blood work was negative for celiac and I don't have results yet of
allergy blood work.  His biopsy three weeks ago showed inflamation and
eosinophil infiltrate.  Some blunting of villi.
