I have Celiac. I have kept my 18 mo old son on a gluten-free diet with the
exception of an occasional snack of Cheerios which do not seem to affect him.
One day he ate a few cheese nips. The next day he had a huge, loose bowel
movement. Then, the other day, he ate about a handful of goldfish crackers
that a playmate had. The next day his stool was very watery and yellow. Do you
think this is a sign of Celiac, or could this just be a reaction to having
wheat for the first time?
Needless to say, I am very upset and awaiting your response. Thanks for your
help.
