I just had something brought to me by my mother - sorry if I am slow
catching on, but I figured if I am slow - some of you may be too. Pass
Over! My mother went and bought my daughter food from the jewish bakeries
in her city. Delicious! Fantastic! Gluton Free!

One product was boxes of different cookies - all sealed and packed in boxes
in which I could freeze. The cookies were very tasty, but crumbly. We
froze some and they worked out great. One product was Shabtai Gourmet
Passover Bakery in Woodmere, NY. The bread was from mom's local jewish
bakery; which we stacked up on.

With all my trial and error on baking and going to natural food stores; I'm
going to hunt around my area for jewish foods during passover.
