I have to also agree with the person that disagreed with the advice to tell everyone and their brother about your child's celiac. In all reality why would the principal, school nurse etc. need any information on celiac? The only one that needs to know is your child's teacher and most importantly of all YOUR CHILD!!!! I would put most of my energy into educating your child because he or she is the one that will need to turn down the cookie from the bus driver, substitute teacher, etc,
