Dear fellow moms and dads,

With summer fast approaching and summer camp right around the corner, I
have a few questions. This will be our first full summer with my daughter
after diagnosis.

My first question involves horse back riding. Is hay related to wheat? If
so, do CD kids react to breathing it in while riding horses or is that
hayfever and is cd related to hayfever?

How do parents handle treats that are given out at camp? My daughter
reacts to food coloring so gf popsicles are out and she is also dairy
allergic, so even GF ice cream is out. What do I do? I will be sending
her lunch with strict instructions to the counselor and owner of the camp
that she is not to eat anything that is not sent from home. Any
suggestions for lunches and treats would be greatly appreciated. They have
refrigeration facilities, but no where to heat anything up.

What's a mother to do? HELP!!!

Thanks in advance.
