Ken- My Mom winters in Yuma   (15 min from Mexico..30 min from Calf. ) terrible
schools...but great realestate prices. They have a house in a condo type
setting...over 2000 Sq ft. under 100,000.
Actually 1 next to her just sold for 84,000 partially furnished.     Joy
