I think worring about all the little stuff is part of what has been
contributing to all my medical problems.  I have had to leran to just let
some stuff go.  Unfortunatly I haven't yet let enough stuff go i don't think
because I am still having problems.  Oh well we do what we can do and that's
all anyone can ask.
