it is enough to make anyone wonder, but this law was
passed before i was born. it is bureaucracy's uncaring
dumb nature and it has existed when we had GOP admins
and when we had DEMOCRAT ADMINS. I DON'T THINK IT
HELPS TO EVEN VOTE SOMETIMES. THINGS NEVER CHANGE. I
definatly amd fed up with the whole of government. if
judy would go with me, i'd leave the country.
