Rehabilitation Counseling is a specific area of counseling dealing with the
various aspects of disability. More specifically RC programs are funded by
the Rehabilitation Services Administration of the Department of Health and
Humans Services(Federal level) in the US. There are about 80 of these
university programs throughout the country.
