So let me get this straight...you've got sour grapes because only 7 of >340
list subscribers expressed regret at your decision to "resign" as listowner?
Hmmm...my daughter has the same reaction when I don't shower her with praise
every time she cleans her room.

She's six. You're older than that, aren't you, Jasper?

To all,

After I sent out the first message with the subject title "Admin:
Listowner..." on the 2nd of July, I received messages from 7 of the
more than 340 subscribers who said they would regret it if I would
resign from my position as listowner. Two people concluded their
message saying that if the situation required that, they would
concider taking over the chore of maintaining the C-PALSY list. I
will contact these two people shortly with more information about
listowning, to aid them in their decisions.

Concerning my decision to quit this listowning-job...
Steve was (only) right on one thing. Not having cerebral palsy, I do
not have enough knowledge to run a mailinglist on this topic. I
knew that myself before I started and continue to believe my
position is a temporary one that should be taken over by a person
from within your community.

Not being accepted or recognized by a number of subscribers, I will
continue to step back from my position. But seeing that friday is
coming quickly I will give the list some more time to decide on the
new listowners and stay until new owners are installed in their
positions.

After the two potential new owners decide if they would like to
become owners, I will contact the list with the final details about
the owner change and with information about the new owners. That
will either include a vote or a request for (anonymous) objections.
