what will be on the flag. betty?   i think if i had a flag of barber it
would be blue with a white question mark followed by a exclaimation mark.

Title 4, section 7(g) of the US Code recognizes international usage, which
dictates that no flag of one nation shall be flown above that of another
nation during times of peace.

I am not sure if that applies to flags flying over military vessels as
opposed to flags flying over land.  I suspect if there is anything
different,
rule would dictate that the flag of that vessel's nation would fly over the
flag of another nation, not the other way around.

This morning I'm going to drive from my home in Alexandria, VA over the
Woodrow Wilson Bridge, which spans the Potomac River from Alexandria to
Prince George's County Maryland.  Upon my arrival, I intend to discover
Maryland and plant the Flag of Alfred.

Each year hereinafter, November 17th shall be referred to as Alfred Day in
the State of Maryland.  The Flag of Alfred shall be displayed at all State
Government buildings, and in front of Whiskey stores.
