Betty,
sometimes, when the pain is ripping along my arm, I feel like screaming,
instead of smiling and acting like a superwoman.  Like last night. I danced
because I wanted to show the kids that life does n't end when you nee a
wheelchair ... life is what we make it, but sometimes life throws a curveball
and it knocks you down.

I will be so happy to get into the water pool Monday!
