Kathy,

I have been getting bi-weekly massages for over a year now. I love it!
I initially began after getting tendonitis in my hips really bad post
hamstring lengthening surgery. I credit my massage therapist with
getting me up and walking again becayse she could loosen those tight
muscles and tendons and reduce pain.

Now, the tendonitis is gone, but I still get quite tight, especially
under stress...She uses deep tissue massage and very firm pressure and I
feel like a new person when she is finished. My posture is better, I am
more flexible, less aches and pains...I definitely recommend it.

Course, the down side is that my insurance won't pay for any of it. I
consider it a treat to myself.

Linda
