I've been taking magnesiun since the beginning of the year, and I take
multivits.
I think I'll pass on the pastel coloured underwear though, I never
liked being cool!!! (Specially not in this weather!) So now you can
all have a mental picture of me in bright red long johns, ha ha! D'ya
think I can get them in bright purple?

Magnesium, as well, given it reduces spasticity and also promotes sleep may also
be of benefit in your colder weather, if you haven't already started taking it :)
Remember to choose those fashionable pastel colored underwear. Don't want you
parading around like Uncle Jed of the Clampetts. Very uncool! :)
