Kyle,

Recently I just learned another ingredient in decongestants that I am
super sensitive to and it is ephedrine or psudoephedrine. Chemically, they
are very close
to methamphetamines. In fact, most "meth labs" used Sudefed or something like
it
as a central ingredient.
