Yes I know.  Where are the jobs?

You can have all the housing starts you want.  Without jobs, people won't be
able to keep on paying those morgages.  Sorry to be so dogmatic but iut's
hard to remain optmistic when you're in a field - technology - where the jobs
are disappearing, as well as in the manufacturing sector.
