I also found loop scissors at a local parent/teacher store.

Cindy  we have loop ones--they came from an OT Cat--I could look up # for
you.  But,  At JOANN Fabrics they sell a few for crafts & sewing that spring
open--different grips--might try them or a similar sewing/craft center--Joy
