Hi, my name is April. I am the mother of 2 little boy's. Austin (who is 6) and Alex (who is 4). Austin has CP. I had him at 24 weeks , he was 1lb and 10 oz's. Austin is my miracle baby!  He is 16 lb's 9oz's right now. He is little but has a temper! That is why he is still here with us today. He had a grade 4 brain bleed when he was 2 day's old. Most of his intestine's removed at 2 weeks old. And several other surgeries. He is very active for being so little. I have read books on CP and talked to parent's. But I have never talked to anyone with a child that was born as early as Austin with a grade 4 brain bleed and CP. So, I will take all advice that I can get. I am thrilled I have found this site. We do not have support group's that are nearby that my husband and I can attend. So this is wonderful!
