ken,  probably, however there are times i need to sign the credit card paper
so we do park in a hc spot. though i tell them not to use a van designated
spot.  or if she has lifted my chair out many times that day already.

i used to get so mad at my ex, he would borrow my car and use my placard to
park close at his job. he felt it was his right as a benefit of marrying me.
