since it is dc a congressman might be able to intervene as congress controls
the approprestions (read money) that dc  gets.

This appears totally ridiculous on the surface!! Are the children you
biological children? Have you confronted them with your privacy and civil
rights. Are they not violating your rights as parents with such heavy handed
tactics. First step, get you Services have become the "Nazi Storm Troopers"
of our time. They need to be reigned in.
