Dystonia like Neil has is a genetic (inheritable from Russian Jews) brain
chemical disorder that starts to occur around age 8. It can also happen in
young adults, where all of a sudden they start feeling and looking like they
have severe cp. Some CP folks have both dystonia and CP, though it's hard to
know whether this is the genetic -- caused one or not.
