You can call the local paper and ask for a copy of the obit from the morgue
(newspaper library) or if the paper's online, it'll probably be there.

If you saw the obit for the parent(s), it'll probably list the names of
survivors.  I don't know about Oxford AL, but our local paper online has
obits that are searchable back to 2002.  Might be able to get names that
way.
