Mag,

        Thanks for your thoughts. It sounds like you are getting healthy
and becoming attractive at the same time. Not a bad combination. If I had
continued working 2 miles a day after my first by-pass, I may have been a
hunk by now.
I do drink lots of liquid, but it's mainly ice tea.
