It's unlikely that KJP's e-mail was hacked.  Far more likely that her
e-mail address was spoofed.  There are hacker / black hat toolkits
that will let you create an e-mail with any arbitrary header you want,
you can pretend the e--mail is from anyone and you can set a fake
reply to address.  When money is involved never assume any e-mail is
from whom it claims (unless you have encrypted and / or public
signature signed e-mails)....
