Hi all you Pains in the Neck,

I want to invite you to participate in a little test. Nothing drastic.
Just
something I think will help those of you experiencing back, neck and
shoulder
pain. Aging with cerebral palsy is a real pain, but it doesn't have to be
tremendously so if you have a plan.

Begin, ASAP, taking 500-700mg of Vit C daily. It's a natural
anti-inflammatory. Reduce the inflammation and you concurrently reducing
pain/spasming. Start taking extra calcium - 250-300mg daily.Maintaining bone
density lessens risk of fractures. Introduce magnesium at 300-400mg daily
(helps
with fatigue, and acts as a natural sleep aid) You can take cal-mag in the
morning (found in most drug stores), and a magnesium tablet at night.
Magnesium
also helps with heart problems (arrthymia, etc). With all of this, drink
6-8
glasses of water daily. You need to lubricate those joints and tissues.

Do this for one full month, and get back to me with your findings, then I
can
report our findings on the cp link on my web site.

I've been doing this for years and feel great 99.9% of the time :)

Cheers!

Carla
