i was very lucky.  at 12 months i was taken to chicago to see dr. miles
perlstein. they did all kinds of tests on me physically and mentally. and dr.
p. said well she is very very bright and even though it won't be easy, i
think she will walk, talk and even dance if she wants to. so my family acted
accordingly.,.
