Kat, 

I think we have met Elissa at a couple of conferences, when she was
living in California and was about to move up to Oregon with her
fiancée.  I have spoken to them a couple of times since, when they were
setting her Pathfinder up.  I have also met her sister in New York.

Do you know her? I went to school with an Elissa Nadel in Los Angeles,
