now that i reread this, i know 3 billion to us is a
huge amount, but, in comparrison to the national
budget is small percentage wise, nontheless, that kind
of money should not be spent without thought.
  i am very much disappointed in this admin for their
spendthrift additude.
it gives credance to the libertairans saying there is
not a dimes worth of difference between the two major
parties in the u.s.
