Medicare prescription  drug plan can be difficult to understand.  Fortunately, a
guide to the drug plan has  just become available.
The Guide  was written by Jeffrey S. Crowley,  Health Policy Institute,
Georgetown University, and Bob Williams, Advancing Independence.
