my pukenoid kids still think it is funny to "scare" daddy with unexpected
noise. heck i can know a noise is coming and still jump outta my skin.

Yes,! Matt!

My assistants have to start humming or whistling down the hall if they want
to come into my office, otherwise my knees get bruised hitting the underside
of the table. We have often talked about the startle reflex here. In normal
babies, they outgrow the reflex, but those with CP don't.
