I think the surplus is gone, they already raised the president's salary from
200,000 to 400,000 a year and gave the hill raises.

I just keep thinking that some of us with high needs kids that HAD to go back
to work or loose everything would have like 5,000 a year just to be able to
stay home.  BUT NO.  The government would rather pay nurses $13- $16 an hour.
 NOTHING on nurses out there.  But I would have loved to have stayed home
with my ventilator dependent child when she was on the vent.  Because HALF
the time we had no nursing coverage anyway.

Sorry just a vent.
