Hi Ken,

I do water aerobics twice a week for exercise.  We do some low end work,
but spend most of our tim ein the deep end using those noodles that are
all the rage with the rage with the kids.  No impact, and great
workout.  I am not much of a "real" swimmer, but I can do a few laps
before I am tuckered out...
