John,

I stopped by LIFE, Inc. today and talked to Val Johnson. She said they could probably route monies for Mary through their nonprofit entity "Children with Disabilities Foundation." You would need to email her.

The bad news is that Idaho only has three spots with assistive technology physical locations: Moscow, Boise, and Idaho Falls.

The good news is that she had several ideas for trying to get Mary a wheelchair/stroller without you having to raise all the money. It sounds like there are more avenues for funding for a wheelchair than for a specialty stroller....

Contact Val Johnson directly at [log in to unmask]

Her phone is 208-529-8610. She will need information on Mary's doctors, which health district and school district, who you've tried for funding, their reasons for denial, insurance info, etc.
