Rayna,

Is there a curriculum for the self-defense course you're coordinating?
That's become a hot topic for both women and men with disabilities
around here, and we're trying to find ways it's been approached in other
areas.

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all
progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Hi Rayna,

Have you got 'kopete' (I prefer it to 'gaim') but whichever you use you
need
to do the following things:-

Go to the following page and set up an account:-

<http://my.screenname.aol.com/_cqr/login/login.psp?siteId=snshomepage&au
thLev=1&mcState=initialized&createSn=1>

Now add you AIM account to gaim/kopete.

Finally start adding "buddies" - you can start with 'derijammer' - ;-)

Cheers

Deri
