OMG, Kat, I'm so glad you're ok, the whole incident sounds
terrifying.  And falling backwards is the WORST, not to mention having
your glasses fly off, I also wear glasses, and I really hate that
aspect of a sudden fall.  Take it easy, Kat, get some rest.  Do you
have someone who can come 'round and fuss over you for a bit?
