The reason may be that in the contury and only 1 other do we 'save' the  
littlest preemies.  Only to have the babies die days or weeks after all the  
tourture.  Other countries are not playing god and are letting nature  decide for 
the smallest babies.  No where elst in the world do doctors  'save' 20 weeker.  
Here they do.... it is all about money.
