Hi all,

I was one of the 10 people on the Rolfing project over 20 years ago through
Dr. Jones and Rancho Los Amigos Hospital. There are 10 initial sessions. I
did mine within 6 1/2 weeks. The changes I got in those few weeks were
INCREDIBLE!!! I couldn't wait for the last post-testing for Rancho to be over
and done with so I could get some more sessions.

I gained range of motion in my ankles that I lost because of surgery.
I stopped falling down a "million times a day" thanks to some very good
suggestions that my Rolfer gave me.
I felt a lot taller and it sure was easier for me to move and do things.
I became able to skip a step going up and down the stairs (holding on)
Couldn't even reach that darn step before I started.
It took a lot less effort for me to walk and do things than before.
My balance was better as well.

Thirteen years of PT twice a week didn't even give me this much.

These days I go for a session about once a month. I have been working with
the same person for all of these years. She is totally amazed at the
difference that riding has made in my life: Physically, emotionally and
psychologically. She can now work on me in ways that she couldn't before. The
changes are lasting longer and longer all the time. She also knows the
difference that EEG biofeedback is making in my life as well. Definitely
worth trying and seeing it for yourself.

Hope this helps,

Dina
