Gary, what carrier are they using for the shipping?  You can call  customer 
service and see if they have a record of the tracking number.

Also, Linda is right - if you paid by credit card and you haven't received 
the merchandise, you can dispute the charges.  I must admit I've never heard 
of DVDDonkey and have done all my DVD/CD purchases on Amazon. I've never had 
a problem with them.
