not a very big loan. not considered a major loan.

find you a new place to do business after you talk to
the branch manager. you are talking to the wrong
person. the branch manager has the athority to
override general policies.

should not be necessary, but, no biggie since you
said you could pay 200 dollars a month. if you make
the payments the car or any other collateral is safe.
and it matters not how you own it, it only matters
that you have title to it.

her guess is not good enough, federal law requires
any bank with a national charter to give a reason for
denying credit or a raise in credit line. go to
google, put in comptroller of the currency, go to the
site and file a complaint again washington mutual. i
got the song and dance from wachovia, and after the
comptoller contacted them the vice president of the
company called and gave me an appology and complied
with the law. do it right now.

never had to use them. you should not have to. again
your branch manager might just get you handled, but,
i'd still file the complaint on the credit line
denial.
principal. sometimes you have to hit a stubburn mule
between the eyes to get their attention. washington
mutual is being a stubburn jackass and the comptroller
is your 2x 4. go ahead and hit them.

don't know on this. no experience. no need.

200 a month is plenty for a 3000 dollar loan. it will
pay off qicker than the minimun amount required for
this size loan.

no need to know why you want a loan. loans are
reutine.

credit unions are owned by the members and are not for
profit. if you join, you are a owner. yes, if you can
join a credit union you can get better service than at
a bank. ie: you'll normally get free checking or at
least lower fees. i think it would be easier to get a
loan and at a better rate (lower interest).

why the hell would you want to stay with a bank that
pisses on you. a 10 year customer for petes sake. if
the branch manager does not help you, fire them.

many unions do. join.

if the branch manager does not help you, screw the
banks and run to the credit union after you file the
complaint with the comptroller of course, you want
them to remember who you are for a while.

you r welcome.
your local pig headed right wing friend.

p.s. you can get a book from the government on who to
complain to about what. gives you names, addresses of
corp offices, state and federal agencies that oversees
particular types of businesses. i have not ordered one
in a few years, but, the government office is in
pueblo colorado. google u.s. government and pueblo
calorado and if i spelled it right, you should get a
web site. it is a good book to have. it used to be
free, but, it may cost a few bucks now.
