Chester,

    It is in the northeast (hilly) section of Austin. It has 3 bedrooms, two
baths and a large den with a fireplace. It is almost the same size as our
home here, but it is arranged in a roomier fashion and a large closet. It is
landscaped and we have to keep it green which is no easy task.
