Yep - I know what you mean :-)  if you want anything done - just protest AGAINST it long enough, & it will be done even faster :-)

NOTE :- Ive not tested this method, but if anyone has ideas on it - let me know..

& yes, I am unlucky to still be working for the Govt. :-)
