Robert:

I understand a rate increase in anything hurts people disabled or not
disabled. We can always display our problems and fight for what we believe in
but I hate when disabled people act poor and want a hand out. I can only
speak for myself but I never want to be considered a poor disabled man that
always needs hand outs.  The facts are we have computers and are connected to
the internet.  I am grateful to have a computer and the choices I have. We
are fortunate to have choices for internet services.
