You sound like me, I have my nurses make me sandwiches to eat at lunch and I
usually go to my parent's for supper or eat whatever I have that's easy. I
think learning how to use the microwave is going to be the next thing I will
teach myself, which should be fairly easy I think.

Thanks,
Anthony

Hot pockets are good, but not very healthy. Have you tried any of the
healthy
choice frozen dinners, not only healthier, but from experience, you will
get
sick of them. I have one PCA who comes Monday and Friday afternoons to
cook
dinner for me, and she always makes enough so I have at least two meals
extra. I just pop them in the microwave.
